This comprehensive course was designed to offer guidance, support, and encouragement for families on this journey. Led by a licensed therapist (Haylee) and Behavioral Analyst (Aubry) who both have children of their own with Down syndrome. The course includes expert advice on managing grief, emotions, and how to honor your feelings as you move through the discomfort or unknowns of having a child with special needs. It also features uplifting stories, practical advice on finding community and connection, and resources that reflect everything we wish we had when we navigated this ourselves. This course will empower you, providing the tools and support you need. You will receive a workbook designed to help you on your journey so you can refer back to it at any time as well as lifetime access to this course.
